We completely refurbished this beautiful four-storey house in the Dartmouth Park Conservation Area.

The lower ground floor is now a single space from font to back creating a large kitchen, dining and living space leading to the garden through floor-to-ceiling glass doors.

The ground floor and bedrooms were refreshed and period features were reinstated. A new guest cloakroom was installed under the front stairs and both bathrooms were re-designed to bring them up to current expectations.

The existing attic storage space was given a dedicated staircase and completely clad in visible edge plywood. This has created a robust and welcoming playroom and storage area.
