This garden floor flat refurbishment involved the complete reconstruction of the rear section of the building.

We also increased the space by adding an extension into the garden.

To bring light into the centre of the building we left an internal courtyard, which also allowed for a visual connection from the master bedroom into the garden.

We worked very closely with the client on all internal finishes, who brought a wonderful eclectic character to the project.
