The brief for this project was to create a large full with extension to the rear of the property.

The side infill, originally an open passage, was used to create a study, a guest toilet and a large utility room.

The South facing double width garden is a real luxury and change from the standard North London Victorian layout.

The large terrace makes full use of the garden area whilst blending the inside and outdoor spaces. 

The new incisions to the existing building create a fluid and dynamic homogeneous space.
